★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco simpatico con voglia di lavorâ saltami addosso...sono entrata per fare un solarium e chiedere info...e la ragazza non ha fatto altro che pensare al suo cane....a guardare FB E parlare con il suo moroso...la cabina del solarium era sporca e priva di carta nella poltrona....mai più.
Unfriendly staff with desire to work jump on me ... I went in to make a solarium and ask for info ... and the girl did nothing but think about her dog .... watching FB and talking to her boyfriend. ..the solarium cabin was dirty and paperless in the armchair .... never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che ci sono stato, sono stati veloci e anche cortesi. Epilazione full body che però una volta a casa si è rivelata fare male in più punti. La seconda sono tornato e dopo averle fatto notare i "difetti" gentilmente sì è prodigata a ripassare la zona difettosa. Preso appuntamento un mese fa per oggi, su suggerimento della stessa estetista (Giulia). Oggi mi presento all'appuntamento e scopro che non hanno traccia dello stesso nel computer, ma ce l'hanno scritto su una serie di fogliacci. Al posto mio c'è una ragazza che ancora non è arrivata; dico loro di chiamarla e avvisarla dell'errore ma loro preferiscono scontentare me (che sono già lì e nel tempo perso a discutere avrebbero potuto iniziare) invece di chiamare la cliente in arrivo. Mi offrono di fare una lampada (a fine luglio, abbronzato dal mare (sigh!)). Rimangono lì ferme senza trovare una soluzione. Solo scontentare il cliente, cioè me. Un cliente perso senza uno straccio di scuse.
The first time I was there, they were quick and also courteous. Full body hair removal which, however, once at home turned out to hurt in several places. The second I went back and after having pointed out the "defects" she kindly went out of her way to review the defective area. Appointed a month ago for today, at the suggestion of the same beautician (Giulia). Today I show up for the appointment and I discover that they have no trace of the same in the computer, but they have written it on a series of leaves. In my place there is a girl who has not yet arrived; I tell them to call her and warn her of the mistake but they prefer to upset me (who are already there and could have started arguing in the lost time) instead of calling the incoming customer. They offer me to make a lamp (in late July, tanned by the sea (sigh!)). They remain there without finding a solution. Just upset the customer, that is me. A lost customer without an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero una cliente da anni. Ma sono stata trattata con mal educazione e sgarbatezza. Invece di buonasera sono stata rimproverata per un ritardo.. (ho proposto che torno più tardi se ho provocato qualche scompenso). Operatrici antipatiche hanno avuto atteggiamento di superiorità..sottolineando che mi hanno fatto un favore.. Sconvolgente!! Ambiente diventato veramente insopportabile e anche caro. Non ci ritorno più e faccio presente alle amiche.
I had been a customer for years. But I was treated with ill-education and rudeness. Instead of good evening I was scolded for a delay .. (I proposed that I return later if I caused some failure). Unpleasant operators have had an attitude of superiority .. underlining that they have done me a favor .. Shocking !! Environment that has become truly unbearable and even expensive. I don't go back there anymore and I remind my friends.
