Al di là della bravura, che è innegabile e la si può percepire già guardando il loro sito, ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stato il rapporto umano che si è instaurato tra noi, la disponibilità, la gentilezza e cortesia.
Non credo che siano doti che tutti hanno e con loro ci siamo davvero sentiti seguiti e supportati!
