★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho prenotato una pianta da loro pagando un acconto. 2 giorni dopo li chiamo per avvertire che verrò a ritirarla col furgone, rispondono che è tutto a posto. Arrivo, provano a rifilarmi una pianta di una specie diversa e più piccola, allo stesso prezzo chiaro; poi mi informano che la mia pianta era già stata pagata mesi prima da un altro cliente, ma in 6 mesi (!) non avevano attaccato un cartellino. Ovviamente se ne sono accorti solo all'ultimo momento, non potevano dirmelo nel pomeriggio così non prendevo il furgone. E infine, oltre al danno la beffa - dicono che nessun dipendente mi ha risposto quel pomeriggio, perchè erano altrove. Ovvio, secondo loro il cliente racconta una balla senza scopo. Per la cronaca, i glicini viola NON sono tutti uguali, razza di incompetenti.
Very bad experience. I booked a plant from them by paying a deposit. 2 days later I call them to inform them that I will come and pick it up in the van, they say it's all right. Arrival, try to trim me a plant of a different and smaller species, at the same clear price; then they inform me that my plant had already been paid months ago by another client, but in 6 months (!) they had not attached a tag. Obviously they only noticed it at the last moment, they couldn't tell me that in the afternoon so I didn't take the van. And finally, besides insult to injury - they say that no employee answered me that afternoon because they were elsewhere. Obviously, according to them, the customer tells a story without purpose. For the record, the purple wisteria are NOT all alike, a race of incompetents.
