Un paio di occhiali comprati da pochissimi mesi, inservibili a causa di un problema ad una molla (non da me procurato ma intrinseco), sono a loro giudizio "irriparabili". Addirittura il consiglio beffa di "ripararli con l'attack"... Nemmeno la disponibilità a farlo loro con qualche collante più resistente
Bad customer support. A pair of glasses bought a few months ago, useless due to a problem with a spring (not procured by me but intrinsic), are in their opinion "irrepairable". Even the joke advice to "repair them with the attack" ... Not even the willingness to do it with some more resistant glue

Sconsigliatissimo
Bad eyewear shop ... for just one lens change you have to leave your glasses 2 days, when other optics once the lenses arrive an hour and you have glasses
