★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedi' 16/4 installazione climatizzatore. Lunedì 7/5 la ditta scopre che bisogna sostituire la macchina. Oggi 11/6 la macchina è latitante. Però abbiamo sentito tante scuse e parole che non rinfrescano un bel niente. Ci sarà un lieto fine??? Grazie eurotec
On Monday 16/4 air conditioning installation. On Monday 7/5 the company discovers that the machine needs to be replaced. Today 11/6 the car is on the run. But we have heard so many excuses and words that do not refresh anything. Will there be a happy ending ??? Thanks eurotec

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A inizio Gennaio 2017 in seguito ad un guasto avuto alla mia caldaia Tata, ho chiamato i Tecnici dell'Eurotec essendo un loro cliente da anni (si occupavano della pulizia), fornendo marca e modello. Prontamente arriva un tecnico il giorno dopo, che dice di non essere esperto sulle caldaie Tata, e dopo un oretta di ricerca guasti, non mi risolve il problema dicendo che avrebbe mandato un altro suo collega l'indomani; morale della favola mi presenta la fattura con 75€ tra chiamata e lavoro non svolto, lasciandomi senza riscaldamento e con l'acqua fredda in pieno inverno. Pago e chiamo la sede centrale, che mi conferma che non sono esperti sulle caldaie tata e che mi avrebbero mandato un altro tecnico (non esperto di caldaie tata) ... a questo punto la domanda che faccio è ma dovrò pagare altri 75€? l'indomani? Risposta: Ma lei cosa pretende che la gente lavori gratis. Benissimo chiamo un'altra azienda che mi risolve il problema e scrivo una recensione negativa all'Eurotec.
Successivamente mi contattano nuovamente chiedendomi di togliere la recensione negativa che mi avrebbero fatto la pulizia gratuitamente quando ne avrei avuto bisogno per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Ecco li ho chiamati 2 giorni fa e secondo voi com'è finita? Che chi mi aveva promesso la pulizia gratuita non lavora più da loro e l'intervento mi sarebbe costato 75€ anzichè 95€. Complimenti! Ce l’avete messa tutta a perdere un cliente! Vivamente sconsigliato.
At the beginning of January 2017, following a failure in my Tata boiler, I called the Eurotec technicians, being a customer for years (they took care of the cleaning), providing the make and model. A technician promptly arrives the next day, who says he is not an expert on Tata boilers, and after an hour of troubleshooting, he does not solve the problem by saying that he would send another colleague of his the next day; morale of the story presents me with the invoice with 75 € between call and work not done, leaving me without heating and with cold water in the middle of winter. I pay and call the headquarters, which confirms that they are not experts on nanny boilers and that another technician (not expert in nanny boilers) would have sent me ... at this point the question I ask is but will I have to pay another 75 €? the next day? Answer: But what do you expect people to work for free? Very well I call another company that solves the problem and I write a negative review to Eurotec.
Later they contact me again asking me to remove the negative review that they would have done the cleaning for free when I needed it to apologize for the inconvenience. Here I called them 2 days ago and in your opinion how did it end? That whoever promised me free cleaning no longer works with them and the intervention would have cost me € 75 instead of € 95. Congratulations! You've gone all out to lose a customer! Strongly discouraged.
