★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non poter scendere al di sotto di una stella. Non sono stati neanche cosi tanto educati da presentarsi per un sopralluogo concordato per ben due volte: 5 minuti prima dell'orario del primo appuntamento hanno chiamato comunicandomi che non si sarebbero presentati "per la concomitanza di un altro lavoro" (come se io fossi un cliente di serie b). La seconda volta non si sono neanche presentati e non mi hanno mai più richiamato anche dopo che ho in svariati modi cercato di contattarli. Non metto in dubbio la qualità del servizio offerto, soprattutto perché non mi hanno messo nelle condizioni di poterlo giudicare. Mi soffermo sul fatto che dovrebbero avere una maggior cura del cliente e rispetto della vita e degli impegni degli altri.
Sono pronto a modificare in positivo questa recensione, qualora si ripresentino le condizioni per poterlo fare; non sono una persona che ama distruggere la attività commerciali degli altri!!!
Too bad not being able to drop below a star. They weren't even so polite as to show up for an agreed inspection twice: 5 minutes before the time of the first appointment they called, telling me that they would not show up "for the concurrence of another job" (as if I were a serial customer b). The second time they didn't even show up and they never called me back even after I tried to contact them in various ways. I don't question the quality of the service offered, above all because they didn't put me in a position to judge it. I dwell on the fact that they should have greater customer care and respect for the lives and commitments of others.
I am ready to positively modify this review, if the conditions for doing it return; i am not a person who loves to destroy other people's business !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leader di cosa? La professionalità non sanno cosa sia, la puntualità un concetto sconosciuto alla titolare di quest azienda e ai suoi operai. Questa recensione è per EVITARE che persone vengano prese in giro "letteralmente prese in giro". Ci sono altre mille aziende che seriamente fanno questo lavoro.
Leader of what? Professionalism does not know what it is, punctuality is a concept unknown to the owner of this company and its workers. This review is to AVOID people from being "literally teased". There are a thousand other companies that seriously do this job.
