Sono intervenuti per un'urgenza risolvendo il problema e spiegandoci come prevenirlo in futuro. Oltretutto avevamo avuto lo stesso problema due settimane fà ma l'azienda che ci aveva assistito la prima volta non sarebbe intervenuta se non il giorno dopo lasciando due famiglie impossibilitate ad usare i bagni per oltre 14 ore in una situazione poco igienica. Concludo raccomandando Eurospurghi, che gentilmente hanno risolto il problema nonostante il nostro scoraggiamento per il riproporsi in sole due settimane di un guasto importante oltretutto con una spesa di circa il 40% rispetto alla prima azienda che ha fatto lo stesso intervento ( lasciandoci senza assistenza al riproporsi del problema).

They intervened as a matter of urgency by solving the problem and explaining how to prevent it in the future. Moreover, we had had the same problem two weeks ago but the company that had assisted us the first time would not have intervened until the next day, leaving two families unable to use the bathrooms for over 14 hours in an unhygienic situation. I conclude by recommending Eurospurghi, which kindly solved the problem despite our discouragement due to the recurrence of a major failure in just two weeks, moreover with an expense of about 40% compared to the first company that made the same intervention (leaving us without assistance in recurring of the problem).
