★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunghissima attesa alla cassa. Due sole casse aperte con interminabili file e nessuna sensibilita' da parte del personale che divaga e abbandona volentieri la cassa., Risultato 14 minuti di attesa in orario di media affluenza.
Va detto comunque che il supermercato e'. stato recentemente molto migliorato in termini di allestimento e scelta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiace constatare che un supermercato cosi conveniente e ben organizzato per qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi, non sia accogliente a causa del personale disattento, sgarbato, ai limiti della maleducazione. Sovente non rispondono alle
richieste di chiarimenti allontanandosi inespressivi.
Capita di arrivare in cassa e trovarla non solo affollata, perchè unica funzionante, ma addirittura senza cassiere/a perche impegnati "in altre mansioni" importanti a dire dei colleghi che rispondono con ironia alle proteste. Passa la voglia di tornarci!
Sorry to note that a supermarket so convenient and well organized for the quality of products and services, is not welcoming due to the inattentive, rude staff, bordering on rudeness. Often they don't respond to
requests for clarification by walking away expressionless.
It happens to arrive at the cash desk and find it not only crowded, because it is the only one working, but even without a cashier because they are engaged in "other tasks" which are important to say of the colleagues who respond with irony to the protests. Pass the desire to go back!
