★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa, banco frigo pieno di insetti morti, cattivo odore e salumeria con tutti i salumi neri! Si deve migliorare assolutamente! Quando si entra almeno ci dovrebbe essere un minimo di pulizia!
Very bad experience, refrigerated counter full of dead insects, bad smell and delicatessen with all the black salamis! It must be improved absolutely! When you enter at least there should be a minimum of cleaning!

Peccato però che ci sia un personale davvero poco cortese, sempre lamentoso e per niente affabile.
Sembra quasi ti facciano un favore.
Quando mancano dei centesimi dal resto che devono dare, non lo dicono nemmeno e penso che sia scorretto, in questo modo i cassieri hanno un extra a fine giornata.
Oggi mentre facevo la spesa, il cassiere si lamentava di un cliente che acquista diverse bottiglie di acqua perché lui deve passarle sul nastro una la volta.
Penso che questo sia il suo lavoro

When there are no cents from the rest they have to give, they don't even say it and I think it's incorrect, so the cashiers have an extra at the end of the day.
Today while I was shopping, the cashier complained about a customer buying several bottles of water because he has to pass them on the tape one time.
I think this is his job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'Eurospar di via Alimena a Cosenza è il tipico supermercato da centro città. Non fa orario continuato, ha del personale molto esperto e affiatato, ha dei salumieri veramente affabili. Personalmente non metto la 5' stella solo per l'orario spezzato.
The Eurospar in via Alimena in Cosenza is the typical supermarket from the city center. It does not have a continuous schedule, it has very experienced and close-knit staff, it has really friendly charcuterie. Personally I do not put the 5 'star only for the broken time.

Nel punto vendita in questione ho avuto modo di farci la spesa varie volte, ma solo poche cose dal momento che ahimé è privo di parcheggio per cui difficilmente ci si può fermare con la macchina. Ad ogni modo,personale gentile, per cui consigliato

Sempre molto provvisto di alimenti di tutti i generi, dalla verdura alla frutta sempre fresca, al reparto panetteria, con l'ampia scelta di diversi forni della nostra migliore tradizione - consiglio tra gli altri il pane a lievitazione naturale di Rogliano -. Come dimenticare i tanti prodotti a marchio Despar che provengono da tutte le regionali italiane, la linea Vital specialista in alimenti bio e vegani. Infine un plauso per la scelta di tanti ottimi prodotti della nostra terra. Ho appena acquistato la pasta fresca Pirro con farina integrale. Spero in futuro che la strategia del supermercato abbia come obiettivo di coinvolgere e valorizzare sempre più altre aziende di qualità presenti sul nostro territorio. Non posso non ricordare: la gentilezza delle brave cassiere, a dir il vero, qualche volta trovo anche un paio di altrettanto capaci cassieri, e i tanti che lavorano bene e con sincera passione. Un apprezzamento anche al rinnovato reparto macelleria, con la scelta di buone carni. Un caro saluto al Direttore che non di rado l'ho visto impegnato alle casse a dar man forte nei momenti di maggior afflusso. Non ho dato le cinque stelle, per sollecitare tutti a continuare a dare il meglio.

Finally, an applause for the choice of many excellent products of our land. I just bought Pirro fresh pasta with wholemeal flour. I hope in the future that the strategy of the supermarket has the objective of involving and enhancing more and more other quality companies present in our area. I can't help but remember: the kindness of the good cashiers, to tell the truth, sometimes I also find a couple of equally capable cashiers, and the many who work well and with sincere passion. An appreciation also for the renewed butchery department, with the choice of good meats. A warm greeting to the Director who has not infrequently seen him busy at the cash desks to give a hand in the moments of greatest influx. I didn't give five stars to urge everyone to keep giving their best.
