★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho ricevuto in regalo un giacchetto di "pelle" a maggio, con il caldo non l'ho indossato. un mese fa lo indosso e dopo una sola volta il giacchetto ha iniziato a spellarsi ovunque, dietro la schiena, dietro il collo, insomma cadeva a pezzi. decidiamo di riportarlo al
negozio e il ragazzo, persona molto gentile, si è preso l'i carico di farlo visionare alla responsabile e di inviare le fotografie alla ditta. Premesso che ci è stato detto che si era già verificato un altro giacchetto difettoso riportato in negozio. Morale della favola, sono stata ricontattata dicendo che il giacchetto non può essere sostituito perché presenta segni di usura......... messo una sola volta......vergogna però i soldi dei clienti l'usura non la presentano
