Li ho chiamati, mi ha risposto una ragazza che con professionalità e gentilezza ha configurato la telecamera dandomi assistenza telefonica e on line senza farmi andare in giro a perdere tempo. Mi ha spiegato che l applicazione Bravo per lo smartphone è stata impostata volutamente a disconnettere la telecamera dopo un periodo di tempo, per non far scaricare giga internet e batteria allo smartphone. Quando sono fuori casa attivo l'allarme. In caso di movimento o rumore ricevo una e-mail Alert con foto, in quel momento mi connetto e vedo cosa succede in casa. Ottimo prodotto e grande servizio post vendita. Consiglio la telecamera. Visionero' anche gli altri prodotti del brand Bravo. g	giulio pancani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mesi fa ho acquistato una telecamera Bravo Captain in un negozio di elettronica, l'ho configurata e istallata, da subito ho notato che la scheda sd raggiunta la sua capacità anziché cancellare i file vecchi e continuare la registrazione si bloccava, ho provato a configurala di nuovo ma il difetto persisteva e dopo un po' di tempo risultava sempre off-line. Il negoziante si era proposto di sostituirla con un' altra di equale valore in quanto sprovvisto di questa marca ma ho preferito contattare direttamente Europenet, inizialmente l'addetto ha provato ad istruirmi come fare ma non si risolveva nulla e mi ha chiesto di rispedirla in ditta. Mi ero preparato ad una lunga attesa ma invece, dopo pochi giorni dalla spedizione, è arrivato un pacco al mio domicilio con una telecamera dello stesso tipo nuovissima in sostituzione di quella difettosa. Ho istallato il prodotto, tutto funziona perfettamente ed offre una visione perfetta sia diurna che notturna. Questa mia per il giusto riconoscimento circa la validità di questo prodotto e soprattutto per la competenza e la serietà dell'assistenza fornitami, doti abbastanza rare in questi tempi. The shopkeeper had proposed to replace it with another one of equal value as it does not have this brand but I preferred to contact Europenet directly, initially the employee tried to instruct me how to do it but nothing was resolved and asked me to send it back to the company . I had prepared myself for a long wait but instead, a few days after shipment, a package arrived at my home with a brand new camera of the same type to replace the defective one. I installed the product, everything works perfectly and offers perfect day and night vision. This is mine for the right recognition of the validity of this product and above all for the competence and seriousness of the assistance provided to me, qualities that are quite rare in these times.
