Nie próbowano naciągnąć nas na dodatkowe ubezpieczenie lub wmówić nam uszkodzenie auta co podobno zdarza się w innych wypożyczalniach. Nice service. Hassle-free car return and deposit. There were no attempts to stretch us for additional insurance or tell us damage to the car, which apparently happens in other rental companies.

C'est juste incroyable. À fuire absolument ! Shame on Sicily. A lamentable welcome! The manager does not like French people and spends his time yelling at his assistant and at his clients! It's just amazing. To avoid absolutely!

On peut dit que ça peut prendre 10 jours !!! J'appelle l'agence un peu d'un quart avant que ca ferme. Ça ne répond pas et ca décroche le téléphone !!! AGENCE PAS SÉRIEUSE !!!! Pity ! Not serious ! 3 days that the rental car is returned and still not returned our deposit while the car has been returned nickel! We can say that it can take 10 days !!! L	Laety Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A FUIR..... Le gérant est absolument odieux, Il nous a mis à la porte. C’est honteux. Nous sommes arrivés nous avions loué 3 voitures sur internet. À notre arrivé malgré le mail de réservation, il n’y avait plus de véhicule. Nous avons Manifesté notre mécontentement. Il nous a dit je parle anglais ou italien et pas français. Nous avons donc refait les contrats et il nous a fait patienter jusqu’à ce que nos nerfs lache. Sans monter le ton nous lui avons juste dit que nous étions pas contents. Il nous a mis dehors en déchirant les contrats. C’est honteux, nous allons remonter l’info à Europecar c’est malhonnête Cette agence est à fuir. Il nous a fait patienter jusqu’à 19h15 afin d’etre Sure que nous ne trouvions pas de véhicule ailleurs. Nous avions 4 petits enfant avec nous il nous a jeté comme des mal propres. C’est lamentable. À FUIR ........ TO FLEE..... The manager is absolutely odious, He kicked us out. It is shameful. We arrived we had rented 3 cars on the internet. S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PITOYABLE..... Nous avons réservé des véhicules sur le site d'Europcar et sommes venus les chercher à europcar augusta. La réservation était validée par un mail de confirmation. Au moment de récupérer les véhicules le gérant nous dis que c'est impossible il faut refaire les contrats par écrit!!! ( les prix agence et internet ne sont pas du tous les mêmes!!!) Ensuite erreur dans le contrat, nous avons du les refaire, à chaque foi on nous demandes nos cartes bleues, cela commençait à nous agacer. Au final le gérant s'est énervé, a annulé les contrats et nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors sans bus ni voiture pour retourner à l'hôtel... Le ponpom.... nous avons reçu la facture europcar par mail accompagnée d'une pénalité de 95€ pour non retrait du véhicule! Faite attention cette agence est malhonnête. Nous allons galerer pour nous faire rembourser, les démarches sont en cours!!! Allez à Catane louer une voiture à la concurrence, c'est un conseil fort avisé!!! PITIFUL..... We booked vehicles on the Europcar website and picked them up at europcar augusta. The reservation was validated by a confirmation email. When picking up the vehicles, the manager told us that it was impossible to redo the contracts in writing !!! (the agency and internet prices are not at all the same !!!) Then error in the contract, we had to redo them, each time we were asked for our credit cards, it was starting to annoy us. In the end the manager got angry, canceled the contracts and we found ourselves outside without a bus or car to return to the hotel ... The ponpom .... we received the europcar invoice by email accompanied by a penalty of 95 € for not collecting the vehicle! Be careful this agency is dishonest. We are going to gallop in order to be reimbursed, the procedures are in progress !!! Go to Catania to rent a car from the competition, that's a very good advice !!!
R	Roberto Villani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto una vettura, mi presento e non trovo nessuno. Aspetto UN’ORA fuori. Arrivano, ritiro la vettura, dopo 2 giorni la riconsegno. Mi arriva la ricevuta via mail, e mi addebitano ulteriori 30€ più iva (36€) per un fuori orario, causato da loro, senza motivazione. Da un mese contatto il servizio clienti senza successo. Disonesta l’agenzia, disonesta la compagnia...per 30€ poi... I book a car, I introduce myself and I can't find anyone. I wait an hour outside. They arrive, pick up the car, after 2 days I return it. I receive an email receipt, and I charge an additional € 30 plus VAT (€ 36) for an overtime, caused by them, without motivation. Contact customer service without success since a month. Dishonest the agency, dishonest the company ... for € 30 then ...
C	C Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two times ordered a car here. First time I've heard about them from seamen and on next day order a car directly by phone. It was very easy just to come sign a paper and get a key. Few minutes and I drove a car almost brand new. When brought car back nothing extra special was also. Just sign papers, checking conditions around and thats it. Of course I did not any damages. And two times was like this. On second time I ask possibility to get same car and it was done. Car came out from cleaning company for me and I signed papers again got a clean and same car. I was wonderful! Dario who is the boss care about everything and his assistant pretty girl helps to do all formalities easy:) so thank you all and with great appreciate:) best service ever in Augusta!
