Già solo entrando vorresti scappare subito, porta che fa fatica ad aprirsi e nemmeno si sognano di metterla a posto da una settimana con l’altra sempre nelle stesse condizioni. La tizia che ti assiste ti tratta come un appestato, ogni cosa di tuo tocca si mette subito il disinfettante sulle mani, appena esci spalanca la porta.Nesuno nega che che siamo in una pandemia, io dentro ho indossato sempre la mascherina e mantenuto la distanza,ma se il tuo lavoro è a contatto la gente ( che poi vorrei vedere quanti clienti hanno) cerca di avere anche rispetto oltre ad usare le precauzioni.
Sempre lei, quando ho restituito il mezzo non l’ha ispezionato perché siamo in emergenza sanitaria e lei dove ci sei stato tu non ci sale, ho noleggiato alla hertz due mesi e invece l’hanno al rientro hanno controllato tutto.
Macchina consegnata sporca dentro e puzzolente di fumo, dubito l’abbiano pulita dall’ultimo utilizzo, non ci salgono loro per sicurezza però agli altri li lasciano nello schifo.
Io noleggio spesso auto e una maleducata del genere per fortuna non l’ho mai incontrata, se hai tanta paura di stare a contatto con la gente e le precauzioni non ti bastano,cambia lavoro .

In one word, painful.
Just entering, you would like to escape immediately, a door that is hard to open and they don't even dream of putting it in place for a week with the other in the same conditions. The lady who assists you treats you like a plague, everything you touch immediately puts the disinfectant on your hands, as soon as you go out she opens the door wide.No one denies that we are in a pandemic, inside I have always wore a mask and kept my distance , but if your work is in contact with people (who then I would like to see how many customers they have) try to have respect as well as using precautions.
She also, when I returned the vehicle, did not inspect it because we are in a health emergency and where you have been there you do not get on, I rented the hertz for two months and instead they checked everything on return.
Car delivered dirty inside and stinking of smoke, I doubt they have cleaned it since the last use, they don't get on it for safety, but they leave them in disgust to the others.
I often rent cars and luckily I've never met someone like that. If you are so afraid of being in contact with people and precautions are not enough, change jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pazienza ,educazione ,disponibilità, prezzi, veramente insuperabile , ho avuto altre esperienze negative con auto noleggio ,ma da europcar di via dei platani lodi lo consiglio a tutti !???? io dovevo caricare un furgone di legna e mi ha trovato subito la soluzione con rapidità, competenza, e gentilezza , e un occhio anche ai prezzi veramente competitivi ! Complimenti!
Patience, education, availability, prices, truly unsurpassed, I have had other negative experiences with rental cars, but from europcar in via dei platani lodi I recommend it to everyone! solution with speed, competence, and kindness, and an eye also to really competitive prices! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza trovata al telefono e gentilezza ritrovata alla sede di Lodi. Ho approfittato dei loro servizi a seguito di un incidente stradale e mi serviva "un'Auto Sostitutiva" in quanto la mia auto sarebbe stata in riparazione per un bel po' di tempo. Tramite la mia assicurazione è stata aperta una richiesta ed in pochi giorni sono stato contattato per ritirare la vettura.
Cortesia e Professionalità.
Auto trovata pulitissima e adatta alle mie esigenze.

Kindness found on the phone and kindness found at the Lodi office. I took advantage of their services following a car accident and needed "a Replacement Car" as my car was going to be in repair for quite some time. A request was opened through my insurance and in a few days I was contacted to collect the car.

Just delivered the Opel Corsa for hire due to an absurd (and embarrassing) inconvenience on the part of Peugeot that led me to have my brand new car in the dealership for almost two months; I can only talk about it very well!
