★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Controllate perfettamente le auto prima di ritirarle, altrimenti quando le andrete a riconsegnare andranno dritti a controllare dove c'è il difetto che loro già sanno. Quando l'ho riconsegnata sono andati dritti a guardare un danno alla griglia inferiore del radiatore che, per fortuna, avevo fatto vedere il giorno del ritiro ad un amico in comune che ha confermato la mia versione. Però hanno trovato un graffio microscopico e nero su nero alla calotta dello specchietto che mi era sfuggita e mi hanno addebitato.

Check the cars perfectly before picking them up, otherwise when you return them they will go straight to check where there is the defect that they already know. When I returned it they went straight to look at a damage to the lower radiator grille which, fortunately, I had shown on the day of the pickup to a mutual friend who confirmed my version. But they found a microscopic, black-on-black scratch on the mirror cap that I had missed and charged me.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danger: they are acting criminal! They made me sign a field on their mobile, saying its a confirmation that I returned the car. But then this is copied on a letter stating that we had an accident and agreed to pay the damage (€975.-) This damage was there, and confirmed by an other guy at pickup, but then they pretend it was not his signature

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many complaints, the personnel speaks english unlike the other rent-a-car companies and the prices are probably the cheapest. However, one needs an international driving licence to get a car. And we didn’t manage to get a car at all and since it is for foreigners I find it very inconvenient. The other companies don’t need a licence like this. So I was quite annoyed with the whole situation and did not use their services. Two stars. That was a BIIG no-no. Not satisfied at all. We really needed a car and couldn’t get. One more thing, the company’s work hours are pretty inconvenient. Saturday 9-12. Other days with a break from 1 to 3:30. In a hurry, pretty unreliable.
