Pretende di avere ragione e di avere l'ultima parola anche quando ha torto. È arrivato ad affermare che sarebbe stato il mio ultimo noleggio in Europcar nemmeno fosse lui l'amministratore delegato e infine ci ha consegnato le chiavi in modo maleducato e senza accompagnarci e mostrarci il veicolo. Mai più Europcar sono io a dirlo. The manager is pedantic, rude and totally unable to manage a cordial relationship with the customer. He pretends to be right and to have the last word even when he is wrong. Molto professionale il dipendente, un disastro per la mia esperienza il resto!!
