★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un mese nonostante molteplici mail, non hanno mai risposto alle mail nelle quali chiedevo quando avrei ricevuto la merce pagata che doveva servire per la ristrutturazione del mio appartamento che doveva essere pronto per il mio matrimonio.
Scorrettissimi da un punto di vista dei contatti commerciali
 In a month despite multiple emails, they never replied to the emails in which I asked when I would receive the paid goods that were to be used for the renovation of my apartment which was to be ready for my wedding.
Very unfair from a commercial contact point of view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza NEGATIVA!!. acquistate piastrelle marca Naxos, da 27 euro al mq, sono arrivate non calibrate. coinvolto il rappresentante ho ottenuto di ricevere 5 pacchi omaggio delle medesime piastrelle, che , con calma (15 gg con lavori fermi) sono arrivate. Il problema più grosso però non è stato questo: quando siamo andati per illustrare il problema siamo stati trattati con sufficienza, quasi derisi dal sig Paolo che non ci ha dato neanche retta per potergli spiegare la questione. Nei giorni successivi quando entravamo in negozio facevano fatica a rispondere al buongiorno .... L'unica che ha dimostrato un pò di empatia verso il nostra problema è stata la sig.ra Anna. Morale: se acquistate da loro fatevi prima il segno della croce: se va tutto bene, bene, altrimenti verrete abbandonati a voi stessi a risolvervi da soli il vostro problema !
NEGATIVE experience !!. purchased Naxos brand tiles, from 27 euros per square meter, arrived uncalibrated. involved the representative, I got to receive 5 free packages of the same tiles, which arrived calmly (15 days with work stopped). The biggest problem, however, was not this: when we went to illustrate the problem we were treated sufficiently, almost derided by Mr Paolo who did not even listen to us in order to explain the matter to him. In the following days when we entered the shop they struggled to answer the good morning .... The only one who showed some empathy towards our problem was Ms Anna. Moral: if you buy from them, first make the sign of the cross: if all goes well, well, otherwise you will be left to yourself to solve your problem by yourself!
