Mi sento obbligato a telefonare anticipatamente per sapere la disponibilità in negozio.
Peccato perché la sezione Tufano ha le offerte migliori nel mondo Euronics, un peccato davvero.
 Very small, I've been going to the shop twice and can't find the offers I'm looking for.
I feel obliged to call in advance to find out about availability in the store.
Too bad because the Tufano section has the best offers in the Euronics world, a pity indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti vendono i loro articoli e appena fuori dal negozio non ti conoscono più. Se hai qualche problema con uno degli articoli che hai acquistato da loro, non ti danno un minimo di assistenza, ti dicono di rivederti al servizio assistenza che ( e'peggio di loro). Non tornerò mai più in quel negozio.
They sell you their wares and as soon as they leave the shop they don't know you anymore. If you have any problem with one of the items you bought from them, they don't give you a minimum of assistance, they tell you to see you again at the service department which (it's worse than them). I will never go back to that shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato informato .... come sempre al massimo a fare un acquisto..... sono riuscito senza comprare ciò che mi occorreva per punto preso ..... in quanto mi sono imbattuto in due dipendenti poco professionali e confusi su il prodotto esposto con prezzo offerta ...... mi volevano rifilare un similare dicendomi che era lo stesso veramente zero professionalità ....
I went informed .... as always at most to make a purchase ..... I managed without buying what I needed per point taken ..... as I ran into two unprofessional and confused employees on the product displayed with offered price ...... they wanted to give me a similar, telling me that it was the same, truly zero professionalism ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bene, ho trovato subito cio' di cui avevo necessita', lo smartphone con specifiche capacita' e prestazioni a prezzo buono, ci sono offerte e promozioni, il personale bravo, preparato e ricettivo e' accogliente e professionale, si chiude l' acquisto in pochi minuti e io ero giunto a posta da Orte. Un telefono uguale lo avrei avuto a Terni il 9 marzo da altro centro di elettronica diverso.
Sono cliente Euronics ovunque mi trovo e confermo la mia fiducia. Qualità, rapidita' e professionalita' superiori.
Very well, I immediately found what I needed, the smartphone with specific capabilities and performance at a good price, there are offers and promotions, the good, trained and receptive staff is welcoming and professional, the purchase is closed in a few minutes and I had arrived at Orte's post. I would have had an identical phone in Terni on March 9 from another different electronics center.
I am a Euronics customer wherever I am and I confirm my trust. Superior quality, speed and professionalism.
