Infatti nel negozio ci sono sempre clienti in attesa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto di decoder , marca economica ma funzionante , tutto normale fin qui , dopo i consigli a casa impazzisco per farlo funzionare , fino a quando mi accorgo che la foto del telecomando nella scatola e diversa dal telecomando , torno in negozio e senza battere ciglio me lo cambiano , il produttore nella fretta ha invertito i telecomandi nelle scatole .il negozio ha risolto il mio problema.
Purchase of decoders, cheap brand but working, all normal so far, after the advice at home I go crazy to make it work, until I realize that the photo of the remote control in the box is different from the remote control, I go back to the shop and without batting an eye they change, the manufacturer in a hurry inverted the remotes in the boxes .the store solved my problem.

Non hanno empatia con i clienti e per risolvere un problema ho dovuto chiamare il 190 invece di farlo direttamente dal negozio, e l'operatore al telefono mi ha detto che potevano farmelo benissimo anche da lì. I prodotti che hanno sono buoni, ma chi ci lavora assolutamente NO. Mi spiace scrivere così ma son deluso da chi ci lavora.
In my opinion BAD. They have no empathy with customers and to solve a problem I had to call 190 instead of doing it directly from the store, and the operator on the phone told me they could do it just fine from there too. The products they have are good, but those who work with them are absolutely NOT. I'm sorry to write this but I'm disappointed with those who work there.
