Chiedo più volte cortesemente di spostarlo e mi dicono che il proprietario sta facendo acquisti. Mi lasciano aspettare per più di 10 minuti, non appena mi scoccio e scendo dalla macchina con l intento di cercare il proprietario vengo fermata da 3 uomini(sono una ragazza) che mi dicono che mi trovo in una proprietà privata e che li non ci potevo stare. MA ALLORA DEMENTI CHE NON SIETE ALTRO PERCHÉ NON CHIUDETE QUESTO POZZO DI FOGNA? I CLIENTI SONO QUELLI CHE VI PAGANO LO STIPENDIO NON SI MANDANO VIA COSÌ.
 Dementi !! I go here to buy a cell phone and find a yellow change that blocks the road. I ask several times politely to move it and they tell me that the owner is making purchases. They let me wait for more than 10 minutes, as soon as I get upset and get out of the car with the intent to look for the owner I am stopped by 3 men (I'm a girl) who tell me that I am in a private property and that I could not to stay. BUT THEN YOU DECLARE THAT YOU ARE NOT ANOTHER WHY DO YOU NOT CLOSE THIS FOGNA WELL? THE CUSTOMERS ARE THOSE WHO PAY YOU THE STAY NOT GIVEN SO SO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per raggiungere questo negozio necessita di carte stradali militari. Solo quando raggiungi questo magnifico punto vendita scopri i veri orari di apertura e chiusura. Ieri ho fatto 30 km inutilmente. Che dire di più ? Complimenti a chi dirige questo negozio e si vergogni un pochino. Sarà mia premura avvisare Monterastelli.
To reach this shop you need military road maps. Only when you reach this magnificent store do you discover the true opening and closing times. Yesterday I did 30 km to no avail. What more can I say? Dopo aver acquistato una lavatrice al momento dell'acquisto dicono entro 48 ore sarà contattato dal tecnico. Ma dopo 3 giorni il silenzio totale VERGOGNATEVI IMBROGLIONI

Qualche anno fa ho comprato un armadio frigo non avendo la disponibilità immediata, solo quello esposto, mi è stato proposto di aspettare 15 giorni che sarebbe arrivato, nel frattempo ho stipulato la finanziaria. È passato il 15mo giorno e il frigo non è arrivato alla mia richiesta di motivazione mi è stato detto che 15 giorni erano lavorativi quindi ho cominciato a pagare la finanziaria e dopo qualche giorno è arrivato il mio frigo. Questa è la mia esperienza con questa ditta. Presuppongo che hanno aspettato di prendere i soldi per pagare il corriere.
very bad experience. I will never buy from them again. A few years ago I bought a refrigerated cabinet not having immediate availability, only the one on display, I was asked to wait 15 days for it to arrive, in the meantime I signed the financial. The 15th day has passed and the fridge did not reach my motivation request. I was told that 15 days were working days so I started to pay the financial and after a few days my fridge arrived. This is my experience with this company. I assume they waited to get the money to pay the courier.
