Dopo aver aspettato una mattinata, veniamo contattati per informarci che non consegneranno perché avevano il numero sbagliato e il corriere é tornato indietro (tutto questo contattandoci al numero di telefono corretto). Accettano di consegnare nel pomeriggio solo dopo svariate minacce di distetta del contratto. La consegna pomeridiana ritarda di piú di 3 ore. Sebbene abbiano sbagliato loro (prima dalla sede centrale nel non comunicare al corriere il mio bumero e poi da parte del corriere stesso che invece di comunicare con la sede centrale invece di tornare indietro ed evitare la consegna), non abbiamo MAI ricevuto nemmeno una scusa. Né per la mancata consegna di mattina, né per il ritardo pomeridiano, né per le preziose ore che abbiamo sprecato aspettando a casa. Assolutamente inaccettabile. My dad bought a fridge recently. After waiting a morning, we are contacted to inform us that they will not deliver because they had the wrong number and the courier came back (all this by contacting us at the correct phone number). They agree to deliver in the afternoon only after several threats of contract notice. Afternoon delivery is delayed by more than 3 hours. Although they were wrong (first by the head office in not communicating my number to the courier and then by the courier himself who instead of communicating with the head office instead of going back and avoiding delivery), we have NEVER received even an apology. Neither for the non-delivery in the morning, nor for the late afternoon, nor for the precious hours we wasted waiting at home. Totally unacceptable.

Mi avete fatto aspettare 10 giorni x l arrivo di due elettrodomestici da.prendere con una promozione..e io ho aspettato..se non fosse stato x me..che ho telefonato quasi tutti i giorni voi una chiamata.. completamente. Ho telefonato fino all ultimo e mi avete detto tutto ok..poi arrivo in negozio e niente..un viaggio a vuoto...mi volevate imporre un altro.prodotto..ma nn ha attaccato. Mi dispiace ma come attenzione al cliente..non mi siete sembrati professionali. Mine is meant to be a constructive criticism. My two stars are for the organization. You made me wait 10 days for the arrival of two appliances to be taken with a promotion .. and I waited .. if it wasn't for me .. I called you a call almost every day .. completely. Ho inviato email indicata sul sito ma non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ho provato a contattare i negozi di Siracusa, di Lentini e Vittoria, ma nessun risultato. Se Trony ha chiuso badta aggiornare il sito e anche google invece di far perdere tempo alle persone I phoned the numbers listed on the national site but no one answered.
