G	Gianfranco de ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una macchina per il caffè (329 euro!) automatica. Il caffè che produce non rientra nel nostro gusto, esce un caffè troppo liquido. Abbiamo contattato l ' assistenza tecnica del fornitore e ci ha consigliato di renderla. dopo aver chiamato vari punti vendita Euronics per chiedere la modalità del reso, in quella dove noi abbiamo acquistato la macchina ,cioè Martina Franca, ci ha risposto che il loro punto vendita ha una gestione diversa e non fà il reso. Tutto questo lo abbiamo fatto entro i 7 giorni dall 'acquisto; loro ci hanno solo consegnato la macchina al centro assistenza e quando l 'abbiamo ripresa il caffè usciva allo stesso modo. Quello che non ci va giù e che gli altri punti vendita Euronics da noi contattati erano pronti al reso e quella di Martina Franca no. We bought an automatic coffee machine (329 euros!). The coffee it produces is not part of our taste, coffee that is too liquid comes out. We contacted the supplier's technical support and advised us to return it. after calling various Euronics sales points to ask for the return method, in the one where we bought the machine, that is Martina Franca, he replied that their sales point has a different management and does not make the return. We did all this within 7 days of purchase; they only gave us the machine to the assistance center and when we took it back the coffee came out the same way. What is wrong with us is that the other Euronics stores we contacted were ready to return and that of Martina Franca was not.

Ho acquistato un telefono di quasi €500 richiedendo delle caratteristiche specifiche al venditore il quale mi conferma che sono presenti nel telefono consigliatomi. Una volta acquistato e rientrata a casa accendendolo mi sono accorta che le caratteristiche richieste non erano presenti ovviamente il telefono non si può accendere in negozio e non si può rendere... pessimo acquisto di sicuro non ci metterò più piede.. se acquisto in negozio e non on-line è proprio per la consulenza dei venditori assumete personale più idoneo ce n'è tanto in giro..
