Caro proprietario, sinceramente dopo un anno non ricordo più nemmeno cosa ho acquistato o cosa dovevo acquistare, le tre stelle sono state indicate in base all'esperienza percepita in quel giorno. Le tre stelle su cinque sono pursempre un voto di 6/10. A volte basta un addetto su di giri per dare una cattiva impressione al cliente... ma sicuramente non era questo il motivo... Je me demande si je vais acheter la machine à laver chez eux ou si je vais la commander sur le net ( livrée et installée ) ! Too bad I didn't get any discount for the exhibition combined microwave oven (in France it's practical), having also bought a television. I wonder if I will buy the washing machine from them or if I will order it on the net (delivered and installed)!
2	2bises on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le vendeur était sympathique, et nous nous sommes débrouillés avec quelques mots d'italien mélangés à de l'anglais. Très serviable, très professionnel. Ce que je regrette un peu, ( j'ai acheté un four combiné micro-ondes et un téléviseur), c'est que j'ai eu le four d'expo et qu'il ne m'a pas fait la moindre ristourne. En France on peut négocier quand c'est un modèle d'exposition que tout le monde a manipulé. Et une des caissières ne portait pas de masque, alors qu'il le rendent obligatoire pour les clients. Sinon, bon feeling dans l'ensemble, choix assez important sur tous les produits. The salesman was friendly, and we got by with a few words of Italian mixed in with some English. Very helpful, very professional. What I regret a little (I bought a combined microwave oven and a television set) is that I got the show oven and it didn't give me the slightest discount. In France you can negotiate when it's an exhibition model that everyone has manipulated. And one of the cashiers did not wear a mask, even though they make it compulsory for customers. Otherwise, good feeling overall, fairly large choice on all products.
