Avevo programmato da 15 giorni sia la revisione che il tagliando della mia autovettura; appuntamento confermatomi la sera prima dalla segretaria; mi presento il giorno prefissato e il capo officina con molta maleducazione mi dice che non è possibile effettuare la revisione perchè ha avuto dei problemi ( non so di che genere) e che non poteva fare niente. Per cui, con molta delusione ho dovuto andarmene senza spiegazioni dato che anche il titolare era assente e nessuno si è permesso di chiamarmi come fanno di solito quando tutto va bene. Nel finanziamento, senza aumento di prezzo, erano compresi 3 anni si assicurazione furto e incendio e inoltre il rimborso dell'intero importo di acquisto sempre per 3 anni in caso di furto. Peccato che l auto l ho acquistata da maldarizzi. Bravi a perdere i clienti e alla falsa cortesia. Ho chiesto un preventivo (una richiesta tramite email e ben quattro telefonate) e mi hanno tenuto in campana per tre giorni senza riuscire ad ottenere nessuna risposta. Comportamento imperdonabile. Dopo questa mia recensione mi hanno scritto dicendo di non avere il mio nominativo tra le richieste a loro pervenute...da ridere! Invece di dire castronerie chiedete al vostro venditore Kia. False and courteous. I asked for a quote (a request via email and four phone calls) and they kept me in the bell for three days without being able to get any response. Unforgivable behavior. After this review they wrote to me saying that they do not have my name among the requests received ... to laugh! Instead of saying nonsense, ask your Kia dealer.
