Ho anche inviato una mail per sapere appunto della situazione, l' hanno ricevuta perché cmq il sistema mi ha dato conferma e neanche a qst si sono preoccupati di rispondere. Per farla più breve, si sono fregati i soldi dalla carta prepagata! Sono indignata! Se avessero risposto ad uno dei due contatti da me utilizzati x rintracciare l'azienda, giustificando quanto meno il motivo della non avvenuta spedizione o di un eventuale ritardo, probabilmente sarebbero stati piu' seri... Invece completamente irraggiungibili ai contatti presenti sul loro sito. Da parte mia, sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio! I have no words, I placed an order about 5/6 days ago, for some spare parts for a coffee machine and to date I have no order confirmation email, much less answer the phone; it is off or even non-existent. I also sent an email to find out about the situation, they received it because anyway the system gave me confirmation and even QST did not bother to answer. In short, they stole the money from the prepaid card! I am outraged! If they had responded to one of the two contacts I used to track down the company, justifying at least the reason for the non-shipment or any delay, they would probably have been more serious ... Instead completely unreachable to the contacts on their site. For my part, I strongly advise against this shop!

Il venditore ha verificato che effettivamente non montava e mi disse che mi spediva un'altro filtro senza vite.Sono 30 giorni che aspetto ma nulla di che ,dopo svariate telefonate sempre parlato con la moglie che a sua volta comunicava al marito l'accaduto e mai avuto risposta.Quando si tratta di prendere soldi siete tutti gentili e disponibili,ma quando c'è un problema sparite, COMPLIMENTI vi siete sputtanati per 5 € quando bastava che mi facevate una telefonata e tutto si sarebbe risolto I bought the 1-8-2018 of spare parts for a gaggia, the filter with screw was not suitable because the screw was too short. Premetto che stiamo parlando di posta ordinaria E NON espresso, MA effettuare un ordine il lunedì mattina e vedersi la notifica di preparazione del prodotto ( non spedizione, bensì preparazione ) il venerdì successivo è inaccettabile nel 2022. Credo che se si voglia effettivamente rimanere sul campo ed essere veramente competitivi, ci voglia un forte adeguamento nel velocizzare un processo che, ad oggi il cliente ricerca con occhio attento. Purchases are absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED due to the biblical shipping times. I state that we are talking about ordinary mail AND NOT express, BUT placing an order on Monday morning and seeing the notification of product preparation (not shipping, but preparation) the following Friday is unacceptable in 2022. I believe that if you really want to stay on the field and be truly competitive, you need a strong adaptation in speeding up a process that, to date, the customer is looking for with a keen eye.
