The bus arrived with an hour and a half delay, unpleasant and absolutely unavailable driver, each stop lasts 15 minutes and we were at the customs for 2 hours, very small seats and dirty buses to suck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è affatto pensato per i viaggiatori. Il bar è chiuso la sera, lasciando spiazzati tanti che arrivano in autobus o sono di passaggio. Stessa cosa per la biglietteria e le informazioni... se si parte di sera il più delle volte si rimane smarriti e ci si trova a chiedere informazioni agli altri viaggiatori..
It is not meant for travelers at all. The bar is closed in the evening, leaving many displaced people arriving by bus or passing through. Same thing for the ticket office and the information ... if you leave in the evening most of the time you are lost and find yourself asking the other travelers for information ..

ASPETTANDO il bus dalle ore 16 fino alle ORE 20 30 sotto un freddo glaciale e per strada senza avere nessuna risposta .Insomma il bus non e mai arrivato. Il giorno dopo chiamo la conpagnia in Italia e non si sapevano spiegarsi il perche mi danno un indirizzo e-mail dove devo scrivere per essere risarcito il biglietto. Ma dovrei aspettare una decina di giorni prima che lo leggono e rispondermi.Vorrei sapere quanti giorni passeranno ancora prima di rivedere i soldi sul conto .MAI SUCCESSO UNA COSA DEL GENERO IN 35 ANNI IN BELGIO MMMMMAAAAAAHHHH
Ghost Conpagnia. We had to leave on 10 02 2018 from Liege BELGIUM to Bari Italy. WAITING for the bus from 16 to 20 30 hours under a freezing cold and on the street without having any answer. In short, the bus never arrived. The next day I call the country in Italy and they were unable to explain why they give me an e-mail address where I have to write in order to be compensated for the ticket. But I should wait about ten days before they read it and answer me. I would like to know how many days will pass before reviewing the money on the account.
