Comunque per chi deve acquistare un veicolo commerciale sicuramente da tenere in considerazione. Ho fatto un ordine ieri sera e causa ripensamento stamattina presto alle 7 ho annullato facendo richiesta all'email che danno proprio per tale motivo. Nessuna risposta ne all'email ne al telefono . Faccio di nuovo richiesta tramite e mail e mi arriva una risposta che indica l'impossibilità di annullamento poiche l'ordine e gia partito. GRAN BELLA FREGATURA INSOMMA VISTO CHE IO LA RICHIESTA DI ANNULLAMENTO L'HO FATTA PRIMA DELLA PARTENZA DELLA SPEDIZIONE CONFERMATAMI MOLTE ORE DOPO LA MIA RICHIESTA DI ANNULLARE. QUINDI AL TELEFONO NON HANNO RISPOSTO ALLE OLTRE 40 CHIAMATE, ALLE MAIL TANTO MENO E HANNO ASPETTATO CHE L'ORDINE PARTISSE COSI DA DIRE CHE ORMAI NON SI PUO ANNULLARE PIÙ. IO PERÒ LA RICHIESTA DI ANNULLARE L'HO FATTA PRIMA. SE LORO NON SONO CAPACI A RISPONDERE AI CONTATTI CHE DANNO PROPRIO PE STO MOTIVO E UNA LORO NEGLICENZA E SE NE PRENDONO LA RESPONSABILITÀ. THEY REALLY HAVE TO WORK ON THIS TYPE OF SERVICE BECAUSE AS SO MUCH AVAILABILITY, AVAILABILITY AND ASSISTANCE ARE AS THEY DO ENOUGH PITY.

Scarsa professionalità e serietà. Se rifiuto la spedizione trattengono 40€ per pacco ossia 2 pacchi più il 10% del totale pagato. Se la sono studiata proprio bene, poi i ladri stanno giù al sud e non a Vinovo.. Complimenti vivissimi, fate attenzione!! State alla larga!
