Non è semplicemente imparare un mestiere, ma una condivisione dell'arte culinaria. Ho visto giovani ragazzi in grado di preparare piatti formidabili in diretta davanti agli occhi di tutti i commensali. Ho notato che hanno utilizzato materie prime freschissime e altissima qualità. EUROFORM é Veramente una scuola di eccellenza.
 I was invited for an ex-school event, I was struck by the professionalism of the teachers, their commitment, the passion they put into stimulating the children. It is not simply learning a trade, but a sharing of the culinary art. I saw young guys who were able to prepare terrific dishes live in front of the eyes of all the diners. I noticed that they used the freshest and highest quality raw materials. EUROFORM is truly a school of excellence.
