Conosciuta per acquisti online ( eBay) ho avuto non una ma ben due esperienze negative con lo staff che ci lavora. Tengono disponibili prodotti online non avendone giacenza in magazzino e non avvisano il cliente che procede con l'acquisto (Nel giro di 4 giorni ho versato nelle loro tasche ben 519,99 € per due acquisti uno il 29/04 e l' altro il 03/05) Il primo la "Martina" dopo che per giorni cercavo comunicazione con loro ha subito attivato la procedura di rimborso che la loro banca, dopo che PayPal avesse in sospeso questo rimborso, ad oggi 15/05 non mi è stato ancora accreditato. Per il secondo acquisto, invece ho dovuto aspettare 7 giorni e dopo solo il mio feedback negativo sono stato chiamato (non per rispondere alle mie numerose richieste del tracking), ma per chiedermi se potevo cambiare il mio feedback negativo e solo dopo, scopro che l'articolo non lo avevano in magazzino e davano la colpa alla casa madre per non avergli consegnato la merce (altri venditori Ebay hanno ottenuto lo stesso articolo in quei giorni). Insomma ancora ad oggi devo ottenere il mio rimborso per un acquisto fatto a fine mese scorso. Complimenti. Professionalità zero persone che ci lavorano poco serie. Beware of buying online !!! Zero seriousness !!!! Unfortunately I can't give him zero stars. Known for online purchases (eBay) I had not one but two negative experiences with the staff that works there. They keep available online products not having inventory in stock and did not warn the customer that proceeds by purchasing (Within four days I paid well in their pockets € 519.99 for two purchases one on 29/04 and 'the other 03 / 05) the first the "Martina" for days after I tried communication with them has been activated the refund procedure that their bank, after PayPal had suspended this refund, today 15/05 I was not yet cleared. For the second purchase, instead I had to wait seven days and only after my negative feedback I was called (not to respond to my many requests tracking), but to ask if I could change my negative feedback and only later find out that the 'article did not have it in stock and blamed the parent company for not delivering the goods (other Ebay sellers got the same item in those days). So to this day I still have to get my reimbursement for a purchase made at the end of last month. Congratulations. Professionalism zero people who work there little series.
