L'unica cosa che siamo stati seguiti da un dipendente un po "con poca voglia " di seguirci nella vendita. Ci ha portato dove vi sono le piastrelle e poi invece di consigliarci è andato a seguire altre persone. Sono dovuto andare a chiamarlo.
È stato molto scortese nel rispondere alle domande che gli facevamo insomma ribadisco ,poca voglia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un box doccia che ogni volta che faccio la doccia allago il bagno … chi me l’ha venduto …nonostante le mie lamentele …non ha risolto il problema … il miscelatore del lavandino dopo pochi mesi ha iniziato ad ossidarsi e anche qui il caro venditore non mi ha fornito spiegazioni … ne deduco … dalla mia esperienza ..che sia i materiali che i venditori siamo di scorsa qualità …. concludo con due parole …MAI PIÙ!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza sicuramente particolare sulla preparazione degli ordini. Se sull'ordine c'è scritto grigio non puoi insistere che mi devi dare il Tintoretto e cioè verde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso struttura che offre molto con diversa scelta, gli operatori chi più chi meno sono bravi.. Ma il problema grave di questo centro è la tipa anziana (forse socia o titolare) che gestisce nell ufficio dietro un po' tutto.. Maleducata, prepotente non in grado di gestire la clientela non disponibile in sconti quando gli acquisti sono tanti e costosi, scarica sui dipendenti ogni colpa ecc.. una Vipera! Consiglio al gestore di sostituirla in fretta, guadagnerebbero tutti!

Ma cosa vi è successo!!!
Dopo avervi lasciato migliaia di euro su due case bagni ecc ecc,oggi sono stato trattato come carta straccia dopo over aspetta 1 ora .
Probabilmente non vi gustavo economicamente il piccolo lavori ch3 dovevo fare ????
Non sempre ci sono lavori da migliaia di euro.
I just left euroedil.
But what happened to you !!!
After leaving you thousands of euros on two houses, bathrooms etc etc, today I was treated like waste paper after over wait 1 hour.
Probably I didn't economically enjoy the small ch3 job I had to do ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato più di 10.000 euro di materiale per rifare casa.
Hanno voluto un anticipo all'ordine pari al 20%, la consegna del materiale è stata a dir poco fatta in ritardo, oggi per un motivo, domani per un altro.
Ciliegina sulla torta, un giorno prima della consegna, mi viene detto per telefono che se non avessi evaso completamente l'ordine mediante bonifico anticipato, non mi avrebbero portato nulla, tra l'altro con modi poco educati da un'operatrice ( con accento rumeno)dell'ufficio. Salvo solo Nicola che è veramente gentile,per il resto non comprerò mai più nulla nemmeno se me lo regalassero.

The icing on the cake, one day before delivery, I was told by phone that if I had not completely fulfilled the order by advance bank transfer, they would not have brought me anything, among other things with unpolite ways by an operator (with a Romanian accent ) of the office. Except only Nicola who is really kind, otherwise I will never buy anything again even if they gave it to me as a gift.

Il personale è davvero professionale, preparato e gentile, soprattutto Alessio che ci ha seguiti nella scelta di tutto con molta attenzione e simpatia e la signora dell' ufficio dietro davvero gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!!?????
Well stocked shop with great prices. We bought tiles for the whole house, bathroom fixtures and more, all at a great price and of good quality. The staff is really professional, prepared and kind, especially Alessio who followed us in the choice of everything with a lot of attention and sympathy and the lady of the office behind really kind. I highly recommend it !!!! ?????
