La prima volta abbiamo risolto con molta fatica, per la seconda sto ancora aspettando una loro risposta (sono passati ben 18 giorni), la terza non ci sarà perché errare è umano, ma la loro perseveranza nel non dare assistenza è frustrante e non è affatto piacevole collaborare con persone che lavorano in questo modo.
Excellent prices but painful and almost non-existent customer service. Even if the mistake is theirs, there is no assistance and resolving issues is very difficult. The first time we solved it with a lot of effort, for the second I am still waiting for their answer (18 days have passed), the third will not be there because to err is human, but their perseverance in not giving assistance is frustrating and not at all. nice to collaborate with people who work in this way.
