★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno smarrito il cavo del portatile e non se ne sono assunti la responsabilità, mi hanno venduto un antivirus che non funzionava e hanno dato la colpa a me cge non lo sapevo far funzionare. Mi sono rivolta direttamente all'assistenza del prodotto e la risposta è stata: le hanno venduto un antivirus obsoleto e non le hanno fatto gli aggiornamenti di Windows 10 quindi il suo computer non accetta neanche la nostra installazione. Ci abbiamo messo 24 ore a risistemare tutto e ho speso 73 euro con loro, 25 euro di cavo alimentazione, 5 euro di telefonate con assistenza e perso svariate giornate di lavoro. Giudicate voi!
They lost my laptop cable and didn't take responsibility for it, sold me an antivirus that didn't work and blamed it on me that I didn't know how to make it work. I went directly to the product support and the answer was: they sold her an outdated antivirus and they didn't update Windows 10 so her computer doesn't even accept our installation. It took us 24 hours to rearrange everything and I spent 73 euros with them, 25 euros for the power cable, 5 euros for telephone calls with assistance and lost several days of work. Judge for yourself!
