Nel primo caso era necessaria ma nel secondo caso no (eravamo solo molto inesperti noi) e devo proprio riconoscere l'onestà dell'impiegato che, nonostante avesse già tolto la Sd dalla confezione, si è speso per controllare la situazione del telefono e mi ha evitato l'acquisto non necessario, senza, tra l'altro, volere nessun pagamento per il servizio. Tutto il resto non saprei valutarlo perché ho acquistato e installato solo una scheda ma la disponibilità la gentilezza e l'onestà quelle le ho sicuramente riconosciute.
