L'addetto ha provato la macchina con me molto attentamente e si è mostrato molto gentile rispetto alla problematica esistente. L'intervento si è quindi limitato alla prova su strada non reputando di dover intervenire, alla macchina non è stato fatto nulla. Activity visited for a consultation on a machine under warranty. S	Simone Possenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per mia esperienza personale sconsiglio fortemente; nonostante sia stato cliente da tempo ritengo di non aver ricevuto un trattamento adeguato in risposta al mio problema (ahime) imprevisto ed urgente (per il quale avrei pagato la cifra richiesta) ma poca pazienza, ascolto, chiarezza ed una scusa poco convincente per rifiutare il servizio. Niente da ridire per il lavoro dei ragazzi dell'officina, ma considerando i prezzi e i tempi in linea con altri posti a Casalecchio non ci andrò più. In my personal experience I strongly advise against; despite having been a customer for some time, I believe that I have not received adequate treatment in response to my (alas) unexpected and urgent problem (for which I would have paid the requested amount) but little patience, listening, clarity and an unconvincing excuse to refuse the service. Nothing to complain about the work of the guys in the workshop, but considering the prices and times in line with other places in Casalecchio I will not go there anymore.
