D	Donatella Bonalumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare. Installato in casa nuova deferrizzatore e depuratore nel giugno 2015. Non ha mai funzionato. Nel giugno 2016 idraulico ed asdistenza mi dicono che un pezzo non funzionava ed andava sostituito. Nel frattempo tutta la casa è stata volorata di arancione a causa dell'irrigaxione con acqua ferrosa mai depurata. Maggio 2017 la loro assistenza in loco porta il pezzo che non ha mai funzionato e dice che "serve analisi dell'acqua" (dopo 2 anni) prima di rimontare il nuovo pezzo. Consegno l'acqua il giorno stesso, metà maggio, ad oggi nonostante innumerevoli telefonate, il oezzo non è mai stato rimontato, lnon ho più avuto notizie e lunedì mi rivolgerò al legale per il risarcimento dei danni che sono ingenti perchè, oltre al non funzionamento dell'impianto, c'è la casa da ridipingere all'esterno visto che da Grugua è diventata arancione. Acquistato 2 giorni fa in un bricoman di Torino, lho rismontato perché non funziona mi rispondono che me lo devo tenere e chiamare l assistenza.... Non lo comprate c'è di meglio a meno TO AVOID !!! Ad oggi consumo di 50kg di sale al mese e acqua ad 1grado di durezza. Aspetto per l'ennesima volta di essere contattato. Tornassi indietro mi rivolgerei ad altra azienda. AGGIORNAMENTO: In seguito all'invio di raccomandata all'azienda tramite legale, un rappresentate dell'euroacque, assieme ad un tecnico sono venuti direttamente sul posto, per capire il problema. In meno di 10min hanno configurato il dispositivo correttamente e ha subito funzionato. Ovviamente quindi il problema era stato generato dal centro di assistenza che non è stato in grado di inserire i parametri corretti. Ad oggi dopo 3 mesi il tutto FUNZIONA regolarmente. Inoltre per scusarsi mi hanno mandato gratuitamente una fornitura di sale per addolcitore. Ritengo quindi che la discriminante per la scelta di questo produttore sia capire se il centro che si occuperà dell'installazione ha le competenze o meno per gestire il prodotto. Ho scelto questo perche’ a differenza di altri ha assistenza in tutta Italia . Il modello ekosoft Occupa poco spazio ed è Bello esteticamente . Ho notato da subito la differenza dell’acqua senza calcare Finalmente non ho piu quelle fastidiose macchie bianche sul box doccia e rubinetteria e sto salvando la caldaia nuova. Per l’installazione ho dovuto chiamare l’idraulico che mi ha chiesto 150€ . Successivamente è passato gratuitamente il tecnico Euroacque di zona per avviamento All right ! E’ così è stato visto che in fase di avviamento (Gratuito ) hanno corretto un errore di installazione dell’idraulico. Funziona tutto perfettamente e finalmente senza calcare!! My choice fell on Euroacque as the area dealers advised me to choose the softener for the excellent after-sales service and the 5-year warranty they issue. This is how it was seen that during the start-up phase (Free of charge) they corrected a plumber's installation error. Everything works perfectly and finally without limescale !!
