I respond to their job announcement and they answer me telling me that they are interested in a cognitive interview even if my profile does not fully meet their needs ... I send all the documents the first time wrong the second time perfect as requested by them. .. more felt ... at least for fairness to respond or at least warn if there is no more interest do not leave people with doubt
