G	Gigliola Donadio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili,e privi di serietà,dicono una cosa e poi si smentiscono il giorno dopo:rivolgendomi ieri,1 febbraio 2016,per la prima volta, all'Euroinformatica Sistemi di Bracciano per chiedere assistenza,parlo con un'impiegata che mi assicura che avrei trovato tutti i giorni dalle 8,30 alle 13,00 e dalle 15,00 alle 18,30 i tecnici per esporre il mio problema,visto che gli operatori del desk non possono accogliere le indicazioni sul malfunzionamento non essendo esperti di informatica, e lasciargli così il mio pc su cui sarebbero intervenuti al più presto.Oggi,il giorno dopo,come consigliato richiamo per prendere appuntamento per la consegna e parlo con una sua collega che,incredibilmente, smentisce tutto quello che mi é stato assicurato la sera prima. Secondo quest'ultima io avrei dovuto recarmi più volte al negozio per tentare, non si sa quando, di beccare un tecnico ("sa spesso sono fuori") un po' la ruota della fortuna...oppure lasciargli il mio pc e comunicare a lei le cose che non vanno (nonostante la sera prima mi avessero detto che gli addetti al desk non sono assolutamente competenti e autorizzati a raccogliere tali informazioni.Il tutto senza nessuna certezza e della qualità dell'intervento e dei tempi di lavorazione e di consegna! Cose che a Roma sono impensabili.. Insomma, data la scarsissima affidabilità che la dice lunga e che non depone affatto bene sulle capacità professionali e deontologiche di costoro, ho preferito rivolgermi altrove dove ho riscontrato la possibilità di parlare con un tecnico e di sondarne la competenza e dove i modi e i tempi di intervento sono chiari e non una grazia ricevuta!... Things that are unthinkable in Rome .. in short, given the very low reliability that says a lot, and that does not bode at all well on the professional skills and ethics of these men, I preferred to look elsewhere where I found the opportunity to speak with a technician and fathom the competence and where the ways and times of intervention are clear and not a grace received! ...

Aprendo un nuovo locale mi sono rivolto ancora una volta a loro per una nuova consulenza e vendita di un punto cassa. E che dire sempre al top con euroinformatica.
