★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale, ma poco professionale. Quasi 2 settimana per sostituire una ram e fare i test su un portatile Oltretutto ho dovuto insistere recandomi di persona. Inoltre ho trovato in cronologia 6 ore di musica ascoltata dal mio PC già funzionante, senza essere avvisato. Per sapere che il PC era pronto al ritiro mi sono dovuto recare nuovamente di persona.
Friendly, but unprofessional staff. Almost 2 weeks to replace a ram and do the tests on a laptop. Besides, I had to insist by going in person. I also found in the history 6 hours of music listened to by my PC already working, without being warned. To find out that the PC was ready to be picked up, I had to go again in person.
