Prodotti innovativi e di grande qualità...credevo che le finestre in pvc fosse di legno!
Mi hanno spiegato tutto nel dettaglio e proposto diverse soluzioni per cambiare i miei vecchi infissi con un occhio al risparmio.
Stra consigliato!
I went to their showroom in Livorno this afternoon and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.
Innovative and high quality products ... I thought pvc windows were made of wood!
They explained everything in detail and proposed different solutions to change my old windows with an eye to savings.
Stra recommended!

Incredibile ma vero! Ci eravamo affidati a Euroinfissi per cambiare 11 infissi e 8 persiane e facendosi forti che ad inizio ottobre avrebbero iniziato i lavori li abbiamo scelti ( dato che, la loro azienda, avrebbe dovuto avere già le materie prime nella loro fabbrica.)
Purtroppo non è stato cosi e siamo slittati a fine novembre. Inoltre abbiamo usufruito dello sconto in fattura e questa modalità prevede il pagamento anticipato della somma e quindi, al momento che abbiamo avuto problemi sui lavori, ed ancora oggi 4 aprile dopo 4 mesi non riusciamo a parlare con il Sig. Simone, al quale ormai abbiamo saldato i conti. Sono partiti subito con una cattiva gestione: sarebbe dovuta venire una squadra di professionisti che in 3 giorni avrebbero terminato i lavori. Invece da qui sono iniziati i problemi: sono arrivati in 2 e sono tornati per altre settimane lavorando ogni giorno fino alle 1415 in quanto, venendo da lontano, dovevano rientrare a casa...no comment. Infine a metà dicembre non sono più venuti e non hanno finito 3 finestre dove mancano le cornici angolari per coprire il legno rimasto scoperto. Abbiamo inviato email con foto, abbiamo scritto e sentito il referente a Livorno e in sede ma il titolare o chiunque doveva chiamarci non lo ha ancora fatto. Peccato che vi abbiamo pagato altrimenti vi sareste mossi. Ritengo vergognoso che una ditta tratti in questo modo irrispettoso dei clienti che si erano fidati di loro. Non vi consiglierei neanche al mio peggiore nemico.

Incredible but true! We had relied on Euroinfissi to change 11 windows and 8 shutters and making ourselves strong that the work would have started at the beginning of October we chose them (since their company should have already had the raw materials in their factory.)
Unfortunately this was not the case and we postponed to the end of November. We also took advantage of the discount on the invoice and this method provides for the advance payment of the sum and therefore, at the moment that we had problems on the works, and even today 4 April after 4 months we are unable to speak with Mr. Simone, to whom we now have paid the bills. They left immediately with bad management: a team of professionals should have come who would have finished the work in 3 days. Instead, the problems started from here: 2 arrived and returned for other weeks working every day until 1415 as, coming from far away, they had to go home ... no comment. Finally, in mid-December they no longer came and did not finish 3 windows where the corner frames are missing to cover the wood left uncovered. We have sent emails with photos, we have written and heard the contact person in Livorno and at the headquarters but the owner or whoever had to call us has not yet done so. Too bad we paid you otherwise you would have moved. I find it shameful that a company treats customers who have trusted them in such a disrespectful way. I wouldn't recommend you even to my worst enemy.
