Nessuno ha risposto al citofono, nessuno ci ha indicato dove andare! Nessuno ci ha accolto! Pazienti in diverse sale, in attesa di essere chiamati per la visita, altri in attesa di risposte da interventi tutti ammassati, in spazi ridicoli! Dopo 20 minuti l’infermiera che ha attraversato la sala d’attesa tre volte senza dire neanche una volta Buongiorno si è resa conto di noi! Una struttura senza, indicazioni, senza privacy, senza amore! Ovviamente prima di procedere a qualunque visita, ho fatto presente alla segretaria, chiusa all’interno di uno studio, che non intendevo fare la visita! E dare neanche un’euro a delle persone che trattano un’argomento così delicato come se fossimo al mercato dei fiori; dove sicuramente c’è più cortesia e empatia! A chilling experience! We are entering a cramped structure with ridiculous spaces! Nobody answered the intercom, nobody told us where to go! Nobody welcomed us! Patients in different rooms, waiting to be called to visit, others waiting for answers from interventions all piled up, in ridiculous spaces! After 20 minutes the nurse who crossed the waiting room three times without saying even once Buongiorno realized us! A structure without, indications, without privacy, without love! Obviously before proceeding to any visit, I pointed out to the secretary, closed inside a studio, that I did not intend to make the visit! And not even giving a euro to people who deal with such a delicate topic as if we were at the flower market; where there is certainly more courtesy and empathy!
R	Raffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso Eugin Taranto la settimana scorsa e sono stata accolta all'ingresso da un'ostetrica molto disponibile e paziente (come lo staff che ho conosciuto), ho eseguito la visita e il colloquio (che è durato circa un'ora) con la Dottoressa Vasselli, molto gentile simpatica e competente, che mi ha messa a mio agio, ha risposto in maniera esauriente a tutte le mie domande e fatto chiarezza su alcuni dubbi, ho letto un paio di recensioni in cui c'è scritto che il paziente è solo un numero, trattato freddamente e che gli spazi sono angusti, francamente non ho riscontrato nulla di tutto ciò, la clinica è nuova, molto luminosa, con un'ampia sala d'attesa e stanze nella norma, personalmente non sono stata trattata come un numero, né tantomeno come una carta di credito da cui attingere soldi, tanto è vero che la dottoressa mi ha consigliato di effettuare prima le analisi del caso e poi se sarà possibile procederemo considerato anche il costo di determinati trattamenti, tutto il materiale informativo costi compresi, viene inviato tramite mail durante la prima telefonata e qualora si effettui la visita la segretaria (una signora molto cortese), mostrerà nuovamente il preventivo e gli eventuali costi, non posso che consigliare Eugin Taranto I went to Eugin Taranto last week and was greeted at the entrance by a very helpful and patient midwife (like the staff I met), I performed the visit and the interview (which lasted about an hour) with Dr. Vasselli, very kind, nice and competent, who put me at ease, answered all my questions comprehensively and clarified some doubts, I read a couple of reviews in which it says that the patient it is just a number, treated coldly and that the spaces are cramped, frankly I did not find any of this, the clinic is new, very bright, with a large waiting room and rooms in the standard, personally I was not treated as a number, nor as a credit card from which to draw money, so much so that the doctor advised me to first carry out the appropriate analyzes and then if it is possible we will proceed also considering the cost of certain treatments, all but informative information including costs, is sent by e-mail during the first phone call and if you make the visit the secretary (a very courteous lady), will show again the quote and any costs, I can only recommend Eugin Taranto
R	Ri Fi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno troppe coppie e poco tempo, nemmeno si ricordano chi sei anche se ti hanno visto una settimana prima. Sicuramente non si ha un trattamento da centro privato. Sconsiglio. They have too many couples and little time, they don't even remember who you are even if they saw you a week before. You certainly don't have a private center treatment. Ci tengo tantissimo a ringraziare lui e tutto lo staff della clinica, che si è sempre dimostrato attento allo stesso modo. È grazie alla loro competenza che finalmente ho in grembo un piccolo miracolo e, a chi ha bisogno di aiuto per realizzare questo immenso desiderio, non posso che consigliare di affidarsi alla loro alta professionalità. Mine has been a long journey, due to external factors. During my journey, Doctor Carone has always been precise, helpful and kind. I really want to thank him and all the staff of the clinic, who have always been attentive in the same way. It is thanks to their expertise that I finally have a small miracle in my womb and, to those who need help to realize this immense desire, I can only advise you to rely on their high professionalism.
G	Giuly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in questo centro,vogliono solo riempirsi le tasche...a una coppia di 43 anni che prova da 8 anni non credo sia logico fare la iui.. quando prima hai dato speranze solo con ovodonazione..ho fatto tremila prelievi perché ogni volta mancava un esame,non si ricordavano della mia situazione e mi confondevano con qualcun altro. Serietà zero.Umanità zero. Prima della fecondazione non ci hanno spiegato cose fondamentali e dopo la fecondazione prima mi hanno detto di stare a letto prima di andare via e quando ho detto che dovevo pagare prima di uscire,mi hanno fatta andare su a pagare immediatamente senza farmi stare piu a letto...e mi fermo qui perché direi tanto altro.. Bad experience in this center, they just want to line their pockets ... to a 43-year-old couple who have been trying for 8 years I don't think it is logical to do the iui .. when before you gave hope only with egg donation .. I made three thousand withdrawals because every once an exam was missing, they did not remember my situation and confused me with someone else. Zero seriousness, zero humanity. Before fertilization they didn't explain basic things to us and after fertilization first they told me to stay in bed before I leave and when I said I had to pay before going out, they made me go up to pay immediately without letting me stay in bed anymore ... and I stop here because I would say so much more ..
