★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distribuzione in zona di passaggio molto comoda. Unica pecca uno degli uomini addetti al rifornimento della parte gas (metano/gpl) è scortese e sbuffa se paghi con bancomat come se gli stessi dando fastidio. Ci vado raramente per questo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pressione non buona. Lento nella carica a metano. Prima volta che mi fermavo perché di passaggio... Persona alla Pompa sorriso zero. Sembra sia li contro voglia. Mai più tanto poco lontano ne esiste un altro.
Not good pressure. Slow in the methane charge. First time I stopped because of passage ... Person at the Pump zero smile. It seems to be against them. There is never another one so far away.

Mi domando come facciano a lavorare con un tale livello di villania!!!
Il ragazzo che mi ha "servita", o meglio trattata davvero male, alle 18.54 mi ha fatto presente che il suo orologio faceva le 19 e che il distributore era chiuso.
(Allego la foto del mio scontrino bancomat con orario 18.57).
Gli stavo dicendo che sarei andata da un'altra parte a fare il pieno facendogli presente comunque (il rispetto prima di ogni cosa) il suo alto grado di scortesia e dicendogli che le puntualizzazioni si possono fare anche in modo educato, quando ha iniziato a farmi comunque il pieno continuando a sbuffare e a inveirmi contro.
Ne sono rimasta veramente allibita, ho detto che non lo avrei mai più disturbato e l'ho invitato a rammentare sul fatto che i clienti sono la sua fonte di guadagno. Non è possibile essere trattati in un tal modo presso un esercizio pubblico!
Gli ho fatto presente che non è proprio questo il modo di trattare i clienti!
Sono attonita!

Solo 2 giorni a settimana aperto. Noi che in Friuli abbio la scheda per la benzina agevolata in quanto comune disagiato, ci ritroviamo a dover calcolare il carburante necessario per arrivare alle 2 giornate di aperture senza tenere conto che il carburante è 0,10 € più caro che non in altre stazioni di servizio, questo a diminuire lo sconto di 0,14€ che abbiamo, a sole 0,04 € litro.
Il 90% dei casi vado in Veneto .
Personale di Erto e Casso cordiale ma questo non basta per sopperire allo sconto che ci spetta di diritto.

Only 2 days a week open. We who in Friuli have the card for subsidized petrol as a disadvantaged municipality, we find ourselves having to calculate the fuel necessary to get to the 2 days of openings without taking into account that the fuel is € 0.10 more expensive than in other stations of service, this to decrease the € 0.14 discount we have, to only € 0.04 per liter.
90% of the cases I go to Veneto.
Friendly staff of Erto and Casso but this is not enough to make up for the discount that we are entitled to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offre ottimi servizi in una posizione strategica! Oltre ai soliti carburanti il distributore fornisce anche metano e GPL con molteplici stazioni. Il lavaggio auto è molto bel apprezzato in zona e il bar che chiude bene i servizi. In più, nella porta accanto è possibile richiedere bombole e ricariche per gas per la casa e altro.
O prezzi sono medio bassi per la zona prendendolo molto comodo e conveniente.
