Non si sono neanche degnati di presentarsi ad un incontro di conciliazione per vie legali. Complimenti per la serietà e onestà!!!!! SCONSIGLITISSIMO Six months after the return of our trip we still await the reimbursement promised by the Euforia Travel agency for the unpaid expenses paid on the spot. For years I have been traveling with this agency at any time of the year for long trips or weekends, I have never had any problems or mistakes of any kind thanks to the professionalism, competence and availability of Betty and Gabriele. Trascorsi 6 mesi dal rientro di un viaggio pieno di contrattempi e mancate prenotazioni, che hanno trasformato la vacanza in un angoscia continua, siamo ancora in attesa di ricevere il rimborso di una spesa assolutamente non dovuta che abbiamo dovuto sostenere a migliaia di km da casa per evitare di essere buttati sulla strada!! Spesa della quale ci avevano persino consegnato i voucher! Se questa si può definire professionalità ... beati i disonesti ed i truffatori!! I cannot certainly express a positive judgment! After 6 months from the return of a trip full of mishaps and missed reservations, which have transformed the holiday into a constant anxiety, we are still waiting to receive a refund of an absolutely not due expense that we had to sustain thousands of miles from home for avoid being thrown on the road !! Expenditure of which we had even been handed the vouchers! If this can be defined as professionalism ... blessed are dishonest and scammers !!

K	KLEONIKI HARALABOUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S.o.S. The Euforia Travel had made a reservation for three studios to Diplos Studios( Paros island - Greece) from 05/08 to 12/08/18 . The costumers came and stayed and when the money was asked THEY SENT US A FAKE BANK DEPOSIT!!The money did not get ever. We have tried to communicate with them many times and they avoided us! CAUTION! WHETHER YOU ARE QUEST OR TOURIST ACCOMMODATION , DO NOT TRUST THEM!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

They booked three studios in our hotel for a week (total cost 2.500 euro). The guests had paid the Euforia Traverl and we were supposed to get paid by the Euforia Traverl. Unfortunately they sent us a fake deposit and we never got paid the money they owned us. The Euforia Traverl is a fraud that take advantage of other businesses and guests. Don not trust and cooperate with them. We are in the process of submitting a complain to the Italian court.

They charge customers and keep the money, then the hotel has to claim the money to the customers... bad for the business. If Euforia Travel gives me telephone or email to contact maybe we can solve this....
