Magnificent location with breathtaking views, the owners always available and super kind. Chalet with attention to every detail, welcoming and warm.

Lo consiglio a chi vuole passare dei momenti di relax immersi nella natura. Torneremo sicuramente! Very quiet and welcoming place, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and the owners are very helpful and friendly. I recommend it to those who want to spend moments of relaxation surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back!

S	Samuel Di raffaele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parole penso non si possa esprimere l emozione che abbiamo provato stando in questo chalet...una stupenda struttura immersa nel verde...è stato come se fossimo stati catapultati nella piu bella favola mai ascoltata,nella quale la signora Agata e il marito,con la loro educazione e gentilezza hanno dato il loro contributo piu importante... Vi auguriamo di continuare ad ingrandirvi puntando sulla magia e l amore che mettete x ogni singola cosa li dentro. Non vediamo l ora di ritornare!!!! Grazie di cuore x averci fatto sentire delle principesse. In words, I don't think we can express the emotion we felt while staying in this chalet ... a wonderful structure surrounded by greenery ... it was as if we had been catapulted into the most beautiful fairy tale ever heard, in which Mrs. Agata and her husband , with their education and kindness they have given their most important contribution ... We wish you to continue to grow by focusing on the magic and love you put into every single thing in there. We can't wait to go back !!!! Thank you so much for making us feel like princesses.

La struttura è davvero bellissima, ben curata nei minimi dettagli. I proprietari Agata e Rosario sono stati fin da subito molto gentili e disponibili. Vi consiglio molto questo chalet se volete staccare la spina e immergervi in un luogo magico immerso nella natura e lontano dal caos della città! I stayed in this chalet recently with my fiance and we had a great time! The structure is really beautiful, well cared for down to the smallest detail. The owners Agata and Rosario were very kind and helpful right from the start. I highly recommend this chalet if you want to switch off and immerse yourself in a magical place surrounded by nature and away from the chaos of the city!

A pochi passi dal paese, immerso nella natura, si respira davvero l'aria di un romantico chalet. Attrezzato di tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente sono certa che chiunque lo aiuterebbe. Agata è stata davvero un'incantevole padrona di casa. We had a wonderful love escape from the daily grind. A few steps from the village, surrounded by nature, you can really breathe the air of a romantic chalet. Equipped with everything. I highly recommend it I'm sure anyone would help. Agata was truly a lovely hostess.

Ma sulla disponibilità tanto lodata nelle recensioni lette, forse non siamo stati noi bravo ad apprezzare non so. Lavoro anche io da anni al servizio della clientela, e so benissimo di cosa parlo. Se una stanza occupata da 2 adulti e 3 bambine ti chiama alle 7 di sera perché non ha acqua calda, è dovere del gestore venire e risolvere il problema, lavarsene le mani dicendo che non è possibile perché la bombola del gas è piena non va bene. Abbiamo dovuto lavare 3 bambine con acqua fredda, servendoci solo del bagnetto al piano superiore. Se poi la giustificazione è che siccome sono i giorno della merla magari la caldaia fa fatica a scaldare acqua, beh...taccio! Colazione al bar come da preventivo, non pervenuta! Qualcosa di confezionato nella cucina peraltro non utilizzabile. Numero caffè inclusi 2, quindi occhio agli sprechi. Peccato perché il posto merita, ma la precisione come la si pretende dal cliente la si deve anche ricambiare I state that at this price you will hardly find such a location, such a beautiful, large and clean place. I too have been working for years in customer service, and I know very well what I'm talking about. If a room occupied by 2 adults and 3 girls calls you at 7pm because it does not have hot water, it is the duty of the manager to come and solve the problem, wash your hands saying that it is not possible because the gas cylinder is full is not good . We had to wash 3 girls with cold water, using only the baby bath upstairs. And if the justification is that since it is the day of the blackbird maybe the boiler is struggling to heat water, well ... I'm silent! Breakfast at the bar as quoted, not received! Something packaged in the kitchen, however, not usable. Number of coffees included 2, so watch out for waste. Too bad because the place deserves it, but the precision as expected by the customer must also be reciprocated

La location è situata in un grande spazio verde immerso nella natura,a pochi km da mamma Etna e dal centro di Nicolosi. I proprietari Agata e Rosario sono stati veramente disponibili, gentili e molto simpatici. Ci torneremo sicuramente ☺️ We stayed in this B&B last weekend and we had a really good time.
