La definirei una fucina, un laboratorio di bontà..oggi abbiamo scoperto che fanno anche degli ottimi gelati, ci hanno deliziato con un pistacchio ottimo (che è fatto con i pistacchi, quelli bbbbbuoni, lo si evince prima ancora dal colore e poi dal super gusto inimitabile) ed un gusto di invenzione di Alessandra (proprietaria insieme al marito), con sciroppo al vino cotto e mandorla tostata...delizioso. il valore aggiunto di questo posto, oltre la passione dei proprietari, è dato dalle materie prime utilizzate, tutte di ottima qualità, la ricerca del top la si sente ad ogni assaggio, che siano biscotti, panettoni, granite o gelati...complimenti davvero!!!! Al momento non ho foto da condividere ma, citando Califano, "non escludo il ritorno" anzi, ne sono certa?? We often go to this .... I would call it a forge, a laboratory of goodness .. today we discovered that they also make excellent ice creams, they delighted us with an excellent pistachio (which is made with pistachios, the bbbbbuoni ones, it is evident first again from the color and then from the super inimitable taste) and a taste invented by Alessandra (owner with her husband), with mulled wine syrup and toasted almonds ... delicious. the added value of this place, beyond the passion of the owners, is given by the raw materials used, all of excellent quality, the search for the top is felt at every taste, whether they are biscuits, panettone, granitas or ice cream ... really compliments !!!! At the moment I don't have photos to share but, quoting Califano, "I don't rule out the return" on the contrary, I'm sure of it??
