★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 perché meno non si può. Sono stato contattato dal coordinatore dei centri diurni il dottor Davide Baldassarri per collaborare con lui su un servizio... Dopo essermi licenziato da un altro posto di lavoro il dottor ha pensato bene di non rispondere alle mie telefonate e messaggi per 10 giorni. Poi una telefonata per dire che avrei iniziato a lavorare dopo una settimana e poi ancora nulla fino all arrivo della mail con il contratto con un monte orario diverso da quello pattuito. Ho provato a contattarlo per cmq organizzare l ingresso in quel contesto lavorativo molto delicato. Non ho avuto modo né di parlare né di ricevere un messaggio di risposta. Sono un educatore e ho un altra idea del lavoro di equip e un altra idea di modello educativo da offrire a ragazzi già disagiati, anche un altra idea di professionalità. Ho visto cosa succede nei centri coi miei occhi e ora mi spiego il motivo. Complimenti a chi ha scelto il dottor Baldassarri come coordinatore. Mi spiace per i ragazzi si meriterebbero di meglio

After I quit from another job the Doctor thought it well not to answer my calls and messages for 10 days. Then a phone call to say that I would start working after a week and then still nothing until the email arrives with the contract with a different time schedule than the one agreed. I tried to contact him for anyway to organize the entrance in that very delicate working context. I had no way to speak or to receive a reply message. I am an educator and I have another idea of the work of equip and another idea of an educational model to offer to already underprivileged children, also another idea of professionalism. I have seen what happens in the centers with my own eyes and now I will explain why. Congratulations to those who chose Dr. Baldassarri as coordinator. I'm sorry for the guys they deserve better
