Posto moderno, ampio e particolare, molto confortevole, le ragazze cercano di metterti a tuo agio. La mia piega è stata apprezzata, mentre mia figlia ha capelli particolari, l'hanno convinta a tagliarli e poi per evitare la piega le hanno proposto di asciugarli al naturale. Non era contenta di quanto ricevuto ma per l'educazione che le è stata data ha taciuto. A casa ha pianto tanto per il taglio eccessivo e per la mancata piega. Mi sono confrontata con la recepction che disponibile mi ha detto di far andare da loro mia figlia. L'ho convinta ad andare e invece che coccolarla si è sentita maltrattata. Io non ero presente, ma vendo anche io servizi e se un Cliente non è soddisfatto faccio di tutto per renderlo felice anche se devo investire tempo a guadagno zero, peccato che non tutti i professionisti ragionino così... non tornerò più è spero che nessuno si debba mai sentire come hanno fatto sentire mia figlia solo perché dovevano regalarle una piega su una testa molto riccia.
