Il ragazzo insisteva che erano stati impostati i livelli male! Successivamente stampate ad un negozio di fotografia, pagate la metà e la foto combaciava esattamente al risultato desiderato! Io non ho chiesto nessuna cortesia, avrei pagato, bastava semplicemente dire che il modello non era di loro competenza. Dopo il tutto mi è stato consigliato di portare l’occhiale dove lo avevo comprato… dopo il danno anche la beffa. Mai un disguido, offerta tra le più vaste, puntualitá e professionalità molto elevata, spesso preferisco il suo di giudizio a quello dall'oculista, anche quando si é rotto un'occhiale a me o a uno dei membri della mia famiglia, senza che lo richiedessi, mi hanno attivato le loro assicurazioni e quindi sostituiti in garanzia. Inoltre sono tra i pochi se non gli unici a gestire gli acquisti di materiale ottico in convenzione con casse sanitarie senza intoppi...e non è poco!
