Capisco il ritardo, ma quando è elevato significa che c'è mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti e nemmeno una scusa da parte dell'operatrice.
I waited over half an hour since my appointment before entering the cabin.
I understand the delay, but when it is high it means that there is a lack of respect towards customers and not even an apology from the operator.

Prodotti e macchinari eccellenti, massima igiene e riguardo verso noi clienti. Mi hanno rimesso in forma dopo 2 gravidanze dedicandomi la loro disponibilità e il loro sapere. Continuate così !
A welcoming beauty center that stands out for the care that Roberta and the girls give to details. Come in and feel pampered, spoiled and come out feeling nicer. Excellent products and machinery, maximum hygiene and respect for us customers. They put me back in shape after 2 pregnancies, dedicating their availability and knowledge to me. Keep it up !
