Vado spesso per la pedicure ma nel locale sempre pieno di clienti si eseguono tutte le più comuni cure estetiche. Small venue but well organized. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Spieghiamo cosa dovevamo fare, specificando che saremmo venuti appositamente da Trapani per via dei numerosi impegni. Essendo in due, colgo l'occasione per fare anch'io una semplice manicure nell'attesa. Arrivati in orario, viene fatta prima la manicure a me (che non me ne fregava niente, in realtà, era solo per ingannare il tempo). A metà lavoro, ci comunicano che non è possibile fare la ricostruzione. Occorre un'ora e mezza e loro devono chiudere alle 17:00. Risultato: lavoro sospeso per non disdire l'appuntamento, 20 euro di carburante spesi per 10 euro di manicure inutile. Facciamo presente il disagio alla cassa. NULLA. A	Anna Agnello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro sig Antonino in quanto titolare del centro estetico mi sento mortificata nel leggere la sua recensione anche perché mi sembra di aver chiarito tutto lo stesso giorno. Le ricordo, nel caso l avesse dimenticato che l errore è partito da chi per lei ha preso l ‘appuntamento in quanto nella chiamata non aveva specificato ricostruzione ( 2 ore) ma bensì un semipermanente ( 30 minuti). Nel nostro centro estetico abbiamo personale qualificato al 1000/1000, ognuno nel proprio settore, se avessi saputo che lei doveva fare la ricostruzione mi sarei organizzata diversamente. Con questo voglio dirle che preferisco non fare un lavoro piuttosto che farlo male. Quindi ribadisco che l ‘orario di chiusura di certo non era un problema se ci fossero state le operatrici della ricostruzione unghia.
