★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un appuntamento con più di un mese di anticipo con mia cugina che doveva fare il trattamento anche lei, ci da appuntamento alle 10, faccio un’ora di macchina da Milano per andare all’appuntamento arrivo alle 10.30 e mia cugina aveva finito alle 10.25 il trattamento..l’estetista rifiuta di farmi il trattamento perché ci avrebbe messo almeno 15 minuti e mi rimanda indietro. Poca professionalità e serietà, ma ho sbagliato io a venire fino ad Erba per un trattamento del genere
 I made an appointment more than a month in advance with my cousin who had to do the treatment too, she gives us an appointment at 10am, I drive an hour from Milan to go to the appointment, I arrive at 10.30am and my cousin had finished at 10.25 treatment .. the beautician refuses to give me the treatment because it would have taken at least 15 minutes and sends me back. Little professionalism and seriousness, but I was wrong to come up to Erba for such treatment
