Le titolari splendide anche nei modi e nell'accoglienza, insomma se si desidera godere di qualche momento di relax e farsi una vera coccola per il corpo lo consiglio tantissimo??? 5 stars because more is not possible. Al telefono ho specificato che era la prima volta che avrei fatto il semi-gel, ma non mi hanno spiegato nulla. Una volta arrivata li, dopo che la ragazza mi ha tolto il gel ad una mano, mi ha detto che un unghia rotta e veramente corta che ho, loro non la allungano e me l'avrebbe lasciata cosi (9 lunghe 1 corta, interessante, elegante). A quel punto ho deciso di non fare più niente. In tutto questo la titolare mi ha detto che avrei dovuto pagare lo stesso il fatto che mi hanno tolto il gel perché la ragazza ha lavorato (che ho pagato 15euro), dicendomi anche "Siamo in Italia, il lavoro si paga"! Certo signora, il disaggio da voi creato in un sabato con un weekend lungo a me chi me lo paga? Forse dovrebbe capire come funzionano le cose all'estero... non parliamo del tempo perso a cercare qualcuno che nell'arco di un paio di ore mi avrebbe sistemato il loro mancato lavoro, perdendo praticamente tutto il sabato. On the phone I specified that it was the first time I would do the semi-gel, but they did not explain anything to me. Once I got there, after the girl took the gel off my hand, she told me that a really short broken nail I have, they don't lengthen it and she would leave it like this (9 long 1 short, interesting, elegant). At that point I decided not to do anything more. In all this, the owner told me that I would have to pay the fact that they took off the gel because the girl worked (which I paid 15 euros), also saying "We are in Italy, you pay for the work"! Sure lady, who will pay me the disadvantage you created on a Saturday with a long weekend? Maybe you should understand how things work abroad ... let's not talk about the time wasted looking for someone who in the space of a couple of hours would have sorted out their lack of work, losing practically all of Saturday.

Lo frequento da solo qualche mese ma sono felicissima di averlo scoperto. l personale è estremamente competente e disponibile, l'ambiente è accogliente e trasmette puro relax. Sono davvero soddisfatta dei trattamenti che ho fatto finora. Adesso che l'ho provato non lo cambio più... Bravissime ragazze! A phenomenal beauty center! I've only been attending it for a few months but I'm delighted to have discovered it. The staff is extremely competent and helpful, the environment is welcoming and conveys pure relaxation. I am really happy with the treatments I have done so far. Now that I've tried it, I don't change it anymore ... Great girls!
